Go hard or go home!

Yesterday I did really well. I did cardio workout, Jillians BFBM. And I did the full 50 mins (even though I was sore from previous day workout). I even ended the day within calorie range. Yay Me!!
I feel like the scale WILL move in the right direction by Friday (crosses fingers).
Todays workout will be strength training upper body with heavy weights. Im looking forward to it. That gives me 3 days of workouts. Im sure I will even go for a fourth day and workout on Thursday. Not sure what workout I will do yet. My body is still a little sore. Oh and my bump on my arm (from the shot last Monday) is finally starting to feel alot better.
My husband keeps telling me not to go so hard with my workouts since Im just getting back into it. But I so go hard or go home........Balls to the wall. Nothing is going to change if I go easy................right?
I am just ready to get rid of this weight once and for all. No it wont be easy, I know that. But I am soooo ready for the change.
