Wednesday musings..

Wednesday, April 25, 2012

Middle of the week, and all appears well, staying pretty much on track and getting exercise in, stress level is down, I love being able to walk first thing, hopefully I can get up earlier tomorrow, and get it in before I get the princess.

Not much planned today, pay some bills and get some pool chemicals, and play with the princess, later get the big ones from the bus. All in all looks like a pretty stress free day emoticon My hope it it stay that way.

Finally got to upgrade my phone, mine fell in toilet bowl and didn't work to well after that, I an iphone and I must say I think I love it it is so easy, and bigger, easier for these old eyes to see, emoticon synced everything so I know whats going on with my volunteers and don't have to be sitting at computer all the time answering e-mails. Could my iphone be healthier for me? emoticon

Well my friends have a terrific day, breathe in , breathe out, and stop and smell those spring flowers!

Sounds like you are off to a great start.....Hope your day is everything you are looking for........my opinion....if an iphone keeps you from sitting for any length of time...it is healthier for you. I don't have one and don't know if I will be getting one any time soon. emoticon
