I actually went running yesterday.
I am not a runner. In highschool PE the fastest 6-lap test I ever ran was something like 17 or 18 minutes.
For some reason, last night, I could run way better than I ever could in high school, without any practice.
I still suck at running but I was able to run half a lap without slowing down, which, doesn't seem like anything special to any normal person, but to me, that's good progress.
My first goal is to run a whole lap without stopping.
I wonder how long it will take to get there.
At this rate, I don't think it will be long.
Wish me luck on that one.
