love to incline on the treadmill

i have been going to the gym and thought people were crazy on the treadmill and how inclined they would have it but i tried it today and loved it. My knee doesn't hurt or foot. I will be doing that instead of trying to run faster and hurting myself.

    I have knee problems too, and my doctor advise to always incline the treadmill when I use it. Going up is apparently easier on the knees then flat or down.
