Today's cardio 25 minutes on the elliptical trainer reaching 2 miles....not bad for my first time on an elliptical ever. Also finished the ski hops for the challenge, and did 30 of the 100 required crunches. Added bonus, I weighed myself today and I am officially down 10.2 pounds as of today. Wohoo.
