Day one of the diet. So far not too shabby.. since I'm not the type of person who can go from eating whatever the hell she wants straight to starvation
haha I am starting it off slow to ease into the diet. This morning I decided to eat eggs instead of the delicious sugary cereals like I normally do. Sure enough I'm already hungry but it's definitely a start! I've already been out a few times taking my dog on short walks.. but later I am going to push myself to do the fitness plan!!! That is..... if this couch would stop being so damn comfy!! hehe I will admit it was so much nicer belonging to a gym because once you got there it wasn't a problem. You had motivation people ALL around you! Being at home is a little different.. You see the DVD/ workouts you want to do.. but in your mind you're saying "Weeeeell I've got some cleaning to do first. Then I've got that thing I need to pick up. Oh and I forgot I told so and so I'd meet them here.." Then sure enough say bye bye to your workout. D'oh! So here goes to trying to do the fitness plan at home.. wish me luck!!!!
