Tuesday 4/24 WEIGHT IN DAY!!

Today was my first weekly weighin since I started last week. Lost a couple pounds, so we're off to the races. I haven't changed my eating or diet substantially. I am doing the Body by Vi stuff with Starla for breakfast, but that is it.

Felt pretty good through the workout today. Donna increased my exercises by 2 reps on each of the excercises. Planks have to be the worst for me fatigue-wise. We did the strength piece first today, but it was amazing how fast my heart rate went up without doing any cardio.

I feel pretty good today mainly because I think I'm finally doing something. Even though I'm a little sore, I feel good.
