On a more positive note. ..

Aaaahhhhh thank GAWD I'm gonna not b*tch and whine! You can all rejoice. (I think I'm rejoicing the most!)
Today was good. Today was happy. Was today perfect? Not by a long shot. But I'm a-ok with that because I don't need perfect. I need a happy, healthy balance.
Breakfast was amazing. Smoothie with 1 cup berry mix (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and raspberries!), blended with 1 TBS coconut oil, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein and 1/2 a cup pineapple juice. NOMNOMNOM so good.
Healthy snack of carrots, 2 small slices of natural ham and a happy apple (Pink Lady apple ZOMG I died a happy girl.)
Lunch went downhill a bit... I had a bagel. lol And then dinner was a Starbucks White Mocha.
Oops.
*BUT*... It all fit in my daily cals. (point one for me) It's my birthday tomorrow! (zero points) Aaand I got a 2 mile run in tonight! (point two for me) ... so I think I came out ahead! lol
Goal throughout the week... MOAR VEGGIES. I need to find a way to get veggies into my AM smoothie. hrrrm. New project. :)
But over all... a pretty good day. I'm going to finish it off with my evening stretching exercises (working on being over-all more flexible... I even have a trigger point massage therapist who's helping me once a week.) According to her, I can FIX my lower body inflexibility. I've been told by many doctors that it's impossible. Doctors are (IMHO) ...idiots.
Anyway. I'm going to finish my water bottle, stretch out and go to bed. Back to work tomorrow.
