First day at the gym.

I had a great first day at the gym. I did 1.1miles on the treadmill and then 4.59 miles on the stationary bike. Then I did a little bit of ST on the weight machines. I was tired but it was fun. What I learned today was that your legs will feel wobbly when you get off the treadmill. It feels like you are still on in for a few minutes after you get off. What a weird sensation. I met a nice lady who talked to me as we finished up on the stationary bikes. The weight room was full of men a few of which were power ilfting... was interesting.

And just make a great experience better, as I was leaving the gym, my kindergarten teacher passed me and said hello. She's one of my favorite people on this earth.

Oh and just to keep track today started week on of the zombie apocalypse challenge. I tracked my food,tracked my water, did 20 ski hops, did 1.10 miles on the treadmill. Loving this challenge can't wait to see what happens as the week progresses.
