A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you?
Competition is definitely a big motivation for me. I am competitive in most things I do.

B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)?
Oldie - This is my 2nd round and my first round as a pixie!

None yet. Hopefully in the next few years

D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation?
Potato chips or other salty snacks.

E is for EXCUSE...what is your most famous? How can we help you overcome it?
I don't have time. Working on making time for working out.

F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have?
One cat - Chloe

G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with?
My boyfriend does the grocery shopping because he is not working full time. He is definitely not on a diet! But he does make sure we have water and fruit.

H is for HOME...what state do you call home?

I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration?
I find the biggest loser very motivating.

J is for JOB...What do you do for a living?
I work in accounting for a retail company.

K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time?
I like the 30 minute circuit training at Planet Fitness when I am short on time.

L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers?
I do Weight Watchers, so I log food and nutrition on their website.

M is for MOTIVATION...Which gives you more, Mirror or Scale?
Definitely the scale. I like numbers and I like seeing them go down.

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname?
jlynn931 came from creating an e-mail account with aol (way back when). jlynn was taken and one of the suggested names was jlynn931

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis?
Usually around 60

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily?
3 - need to work on this one

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?
Usually 5 days a week for about an hour. Trying for the 12 week streak again this round. The last month or so I have not been good with working out. School is almost over and I should be getting back on track

S is for STATUS...Married, Single, Involved, Other?

T is for TIME...What time zone are you in?

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby?
I play darts competitively. When I am looking to relax, I'm pretty addicted to TV

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose?
Going on a cruise to the Caribbean in March 2013! If I had the means to go anywhere, I would love to go to Ireland.

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program?
Not really - I usually hit a few weight machines at the gym after my cardio.

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move?
I want to get back into a routine of working out regularly and quit smoking!

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward?
I tend to dwell on the poor choices.

Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without?
My gym membership... I live with bf and we have a roommate, and I don't like to workout while they are home.
