Stubborn 20 pounds:P

You know how people always tell you that the last 20 pounds are going to be the hardest! I believe them with every fiber of my being. My weightloss journey is almost over, and I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel in the form of maintenance.

However, these last 20 pounds are giving me problems. Hopefully, I will be able to figure it out by this summer because I so desperately want to be in the 150s! I wish you all a great week!

    The last 20 pounds are giving you problems, then I say give them problems right back. Make them cry and hurt lol, they will be happy to fall off and get away from you emoticon I believe you will do this, because of your past success. You are strong and you'll get it done emoticon

    keep on keeping on,you will get there in the end but have you concidered that maybe you are at the right weight for you if it wont come off anymore.i am only asking this as i don´t know what your height is or more important what your BMI is.i mean a BMI done by dr´s not just by weight/height ratio as that doesn´t take in your muscle mass.you maybe the same size as you were when you last weighed 150lbs but weigh more now due to muscle mass.hope you don´t mind me saying that.if you are small and your bmi(again by dr) is high then go for it.keep on keeping on. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
