I wasn't able to update yesterday. I did my 30 minute walk on Sunday and kept my heart rate right at that 137ish mark. Maybe averaged more of a 139, but I completed. Had to go from 3.7 to 3.5 at 5 degrees by the end of the walk, but I kept the heart rate up.
I did pretty well with food intake over the weekend. I tried to watch my portions. I can sense I am more hungry. I've had a few soda's over the last couple days, but trying not to have any.
Donna and I have a session tomorrow. We will be doing the weigh-in, so I hope we're on target:) later, r
