Stiff, sore and feeling blah...

Good morning!

I'm feeling run down today and am not quite sure what the culprit is to my sick feeling. I've been pretty social this weekend and haven't had too much down time to "do nothing". Perhaps my body is telling me something?

It was a good weekend though filled with friends and family. My Nephew's 7th birthday party was on Sunday. He's such a great kid and it warms my heart that he likes spending time with his Auntie Miranda emoticon.

The weather doesn't help my mood either. It's been feeling really chilly and damp. Today they are calling for rain turning to snow...Snow!!!???!!!

I did Yoga this morning. I rotate through my DVD collection and decided on Sharon Mann's Yoga/Pilates workout. She is still to this day my female fitness idol! Yoga is great for relieving muscle stiffness and also to calm the "noise" in my head. I find that I always have so many thoughts running in my head. Maybe that's what I talk so much? ha ha

Going to keep the talking to a minimum today and spare my throat.

Thinking positive thoughts, healing thoughts...thinking warm blanket and couch when I get home! Started reading a new book the other day part of Oprah's book club (Say your one of them). Perhaps I'll read to relax? Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to "relax". I'm working on that :)
