vegan path continues

I lost weight this week without even trying. Can you believe it? I know its because I am transitioning to vegan. Imagine what I could do if I just tried?

My trip couldnt come at a worse time for me really because I am just starting. The good news is I am going to continue on my trip also. They say they cater for everyone on a cruise. Well I am about to find out.

Either way I am so happy. Not about the weight really but pride in myself for sticking to my guns when everyone around me is so negative about my changes. Ha. I say. They can have the raspberry I wish to blow them. hehe!! I am going a bit crazy.

I cant wait for this next challenge. Bring it on. I have being eating and not feeling at all hungry and I lost some weight. The not starving part has really won me over because going vegan is challenging in itself.
I am proud of me. Yippee!!!!

I am so jealous - enjoy your cruise - there will be heaps of choices for you - just ask for anything you want if it isn't there.

Well it seems like you got the challenge you were looking for. When you are tempted to just throw in the towel while on the cruise remember all the reasons why you are transitioning to a vegan diet. Write it down if it helps. Remember all the positive feelings you are feeling right now. It may take effort but it's not impossible. Have fun!
