"Neigh", said the horse, as she jogged by.

This morning I nudged myself out of the house for a short run before the heat kicked in. Along the way, I was "grooving to my tunes" when I noticed a horse across the street, surrounded by sheep and lambs, whinnying at me. His head was bobbing and his lips were flapping. So I stopped, gave him some attention and took his picture, while he tried to eat my cell phone.
While finishing my run along our wash, I noticed a sparkly green rock. I stopped to dig it out of the bank, to add to our rock collection.
When I got home I noticed a barrel of wild flowers in our yard that had decided to bloom while I was "oh so busy doing life" last week.
What fun to stop and notice the little things in life. I feel so much more centered tonight. How simple the solution is when I relax and let go!!!
Peace to all my Spark friends tonight.
