I didn't get an entry in Thurs or Fri. Workout on Thursday was very simply double what we did on Tuesday, but holy cow it's amazing how much it kicked my butt. I am really thankful for Donna being there and jotting down notes about what I am doing and where I need to work on form because that is my biggest concern as I head to fit town is that I will get hurt or go too fast and loose my drive.
We also did PICTURES on Thursday, so as soon as Donna gets them to me, I will put them up there as my comparison tool.
30 minute walk today.
