Had a blast at the falls yesterday. Ended my day with over 30,000 steps on my pedometer. My feet are a little sore this morning!

I'm waiting for my little granddaughter to come over to spend the day with me. We are going to do some chores, laundry, clean the house, go grocery shopping, and of course do some playing outside if the weather breaks!

I am determined to show a loss this month in my weight loss journey. So far so good. I purchased an armband from media fit as advertised on the sparkpeople website, but have decided to return it and get a fitbit. The armband works just fine, but I'm not thrilled with wearing the armband. I purchased a fitbit for my daughter for her birthday and like the way it fits in her pocket instead of having to wear the armband.

Anyway, my plan for the rest of the month is to continue to journal every bite, continue to do the c25k plan (I'm currently in week 5, but am having an issue with my calf muscle, so I may do week 5 again next week if I can get my calf muscvle healed enough to run next week!), pay attention to my liquid intake, eat 5 fruits and veggies, and get in at least 10,000 steps per day.

Time to change the laundry over......

    Make sure you're getting a good stretch thru your calves after you run. Everytime I've gotten a charley horse I can link it right back to skimping on my post workout stretches!
