Did well today

This morning I did seated cardio for 11 minutes with the video and then I walked 16 minutes and I did some strength training exercises. I haven't walked except for once in the last two weeks so this was a good morning. It made me feel good too and gave me some energy today. I don't know why I forget that it makes me feel good when I don't want to exercise.
I ate well today also. I stayed within my calories. Could have eaten more fruit and veggies though. I have been tracking my food at myfitnesspal.com because my best friend tracks there and we keep an eye on each others tracking. I really like spark people so I do both.
Feeling proud of myself this evening for having a good day.
