Two A Day

I am coming off a couple of months of little exercise due to joint issues. I have been doing the elliptical on weekends, but have been in too much pain at the end of the day to do any workout! After a month of this, I finally got into the ortho doctor for an evaluation. The x-ray showed damage from a previous injury, but nothing new. He gave me a new med and physical therapy RX. I decided to go back to doing what I want to do. Today I did the elliptical before work and Curves after. It was the best thing ever! I have so much more energy from the exercise! My ankle is swollen a little, but no pain. I am so sure that if I lose some of this weight I will have less joint pain.
