Okay, Body, Let's Try This

There's so much information, some of it conflicting. What to eat, what not to eat, how much. What do drink, what not to drink, how much.
And I don't seem to be doing any of it right.
So, body, let's try this: Eat less, move more.
Eat what you want--nothing is off limits, so you don't have to eat it ALL now. Have a little today; you can have a little more tomorrow.
And keep moving. At least we're doing that part right.
