I now have celiac and trying to change my diet to gluten free. I am always hungry. However I have gained back 8 pounds but I am eating badly . I always want to snack on bad food. Help!!
I need to feel good about myself again but still keep my weight

    hang in there.

    My DIL is a wholistic nutritionist, and deals with people with celiac disease. Apparently there is gluten in many more things than we realize - not just the bread. You need to find out about these, and build a healthy eating plan around it. It is do-able, but I imagine quite a shift at first.
