Same place...

There is a saying about doing the same things over and over again and getting the same result, but EXPECTING a different result. Mostly I have heard it in regards to dating, but I think it applies here as well. So I am going against all known suggestions that keeping a food diary helps you lose weight. I have been doing that faithfully for over a month and a half and it is not helping at this time. Maybe I need a change of mind set. I am going to test not recording for a couple of weeks and see if that helps me get going on my weight loss journey, fingers crossed!
