So last night I did something I haven't done in a long long time. I did some step aerobics! Oh yea, I loaded up my netflix and decided I would start watching Lost (since it is, what, 6 seasons long?) I was sweating by the 15 minute mark. I was tired. I kept it moving. It felt good to be moving. So I plan to keep stepping. 'Cept... I managed to really hurt my toe while I was working out, and I had it X-rayed today. It's broken! UGH. I have been instructed (wagging finger and all) to stop working out barefoot. Sneakers from now on. I will have to buy some sneakers just for home-use (we're those people that take off our shoes when we get home).
So other than my stupid broken toe, I feel pretty good about myself.
