A Good Day

Sunday night after getting home I was starving and couldn't stop snacking. I hadn't done that in months but I guess these things happen. I just knew that Monday would be a better day. It was sunny and warm so I went out for what turned out to be a 2 hour walk, about double the time I usually go for. A few hours later since the sun was still shining, I gardened for over an hour before dinner. I wanted to take advantage of the great weather and it felt good to be so active after the 'night before'. I also stayed on track food wise today and it's amazing how one day can differ so much from another. Another reason not to get too down on yourself when you've had a slip-up!
