OKAY, it's done! I lost what I gained on my cruise and am now one pound down from that number. WooHoo! I have decided to stick with the diet I'm using, low-carb, and am adding more exercise to my life. I want to be 10 lbs lighter by the time I go on my Bermuda cruise in September. I can do this!!
