I was out of town over the weekend...attending the wedding of my nephew. I didn't attempt to track calories or exercise, knowing that I would be preoccupied with family. Upon my return home I weighed myself...imagine my joyful surprise to find that not only didn't I gain weight over the weekend, I actually lost 1/2 a pound!! It isn't much, I know, but I was so dang happy to have not gained weight and even more surprised that I actually lost a tiny bit. It seems that even when I am not consciously counting calories I am still being careful with my choices.

A small victory for fawn...yeah!!!!!!
