Suffering from DOMS today

DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness

Well I was feeling it yesterday evening after my jog of 3k in the morning. Been wearing my Back On Track calf braces and slowing stretching those calf muscles out. Especially after sitting for a while.

Ouf! But it's a good sore. I remember that I got out and exercised. That I'm doing better each time out and going farther too.
