WTHDIJDTM Day Two

Day 1 - stayed off sugar and went to zumba! hurrah!
Aim for day 2 - no sugar, go running.
I WILL finish C25K. Everytime I get close to the end, everytime I get to the point where I can run for 20 minutes in a row, I feel great, my skin is glowing.....I stop running and commence eating. Any therapists out there coz I think this must say something about me! And I've done it since I was a child. When I was 12 I started my first ever proper diet and I stuck to it. After some time I'd managed to lose 2 stone (although as a child I didn't notice it. All I could see was that i was huge) and my Dad sat me down and told me how proud he was of me.
Boom. stopped losing weight. Just like that.
Joy of the month? I got accepted to two universities and am going to back to the UK to start in September. I'm going to be a midwife! I'm elated and scared to death. The course is incredibly demanding, I'm 30 and I'm now used to earning a fairly good salary. Back to student poverty is going to be difficult but I can't wait to get started!
