heading in the right direction

well it has been two plus weeks since i dedicated myself to eating wisely and to get physically fit. They say it takes over 3 months to create a long lasting habit, well i think that they are right. The more i add my food to the food log it is becoming a ritual. i feel the need to add my food each time i eat and i am also looking closely at the foods that i have been putting in my body as well as my family. Looking daily through all the motivational sparkpages has given me a new understanding of how this needs to be done. Thank you spark friends for this opportunity.
