Just Lost 4 lbs.

I am thankful for each and every pound. But when I reach that 5 lbs. increment, I say wow. My goal is to lose 5 lbs. each time.

This lifestyle change is not easy. It takes much determination and persistence. I plan to step up my program through water aerobics this week and for the next six weeks at the Y. It's a great way to lose weight.

I can't wait until I lose another 5 lbs. Each 5 lbs. seems like a milestone to me.
