almost 40 lbs gone and I still can't believe it.

Me now and me then. I never want to get to that 2nd picture again. Seriously where did all my weight go!? I know I have been trying really hard this year and on and off last year but I'm still in denial about all this weight loss. I've never lost weight like this before. I did not own a scale so when I went to visit a friend the other day I used hers. It was an old school one and when I say the number read 245 I didn't believe it. I asked her how accurate her scale was and she said she didn't know lol. So I didn't really think it was right. How could I have lost over 20 pounds so far this year? Then I found a scale at a yard sell and put a battery in it. Still skeptical I weighed myself. It said the same as the day before. I then decided I better get over my denial that I'm this weight and be happy! What are the odds that two scales say the same and are both wrong. Last time I weighed myself was about 10 days ago and i was 256. So I've lost a pound a day. I couldn't be more happier right now about how my weight loss journey is going.

I've had my downfalls and bad days but then the next day I pick myself and push myself even harder. I can do this and I will continue being a healthy happier me.

Almost 40 pounds from my highest weight of 285!!!!!!

You can tell your lower back is more defined and your upper stomach is definetly smaller! That also makes your boobs look bigger because they are more seperate from your tummy!
