Today begins a new week and I am confident that I will make some changes. I am carefully planning my fitness routines and preparing meals to keep me on track. This journey has given me plenty of ups and downs, but I know that I have made improvements in my overall health. A big THANK YOU to all my friends at SP for motivating me and keeping me on track.

Thanks also for the training shoes Goodie - usually I do PIlates, Yoga and walking but today I started to do strength training so they came in handy!! I agree - planning food for the week helps to avoid the little fat devil in our heads telling us to eat junk!
