You are your own gym (YAYOG), week 1 day 1

its time to get ready for summer. I want to be able to wear short skirts and long jackets; therefore, I am starting the beginner program of you are your own gym. I completed w1d1 yesterday and will do w1d2 today.

After I finish that program I hope to do the p90x program!
