WUB--M2WE, Week 3 (Late)

It's late...but I feel it's important so I'm doing one anyway! :)
1. Log Food--Done...but was a HUGE struggle this week. This would have been a giant fail if it were not for my "emergency" notebook. Not a lot of computer time to be had this week, and there is no way in heck I could have remembered everything without it!
2. Calorie Cycling--FAIL. After the "eat what I have time to grab" week I had last week, I found myself craving protein like a crazy person on Monday, and went with it. Tuesday turned into more of the same, and on and on...so I guess I'm carb cycling again this week? At least I'm following some kind of plan, right?
3. Running--Eh. I ran a bit, though nothing fantastic. A lot of my "running" ended up being on the elliptical because of an apparent treadmill shortage at the Y this week...but it was better than nothing, and to be honest, it was nice to have a break from treadmill running and get back to the elliptical a bit!
4. Enjoy the ride--Super Done! This is taking the most work out of ALL of my goals for the month...because old habits just don't die easily. I'm still catching myself putting on my "goal" glasses every now and then, and forgetting to enjoy what I have right now...but I'm getting WAYYYY better at stopping myself, regrouping, and not letting my ultimate goals overshadow the good I've already done!
Overall...good week. I will be VERY happy when things slow down a bit for me on the homefront...but it's looking like I'm going to be up to my ears in "real life" for another couple of weeks. Health and fitness wise...I feel GREAT! And it's just getting better!!
