Much better week this week.
Got in cardio on M/W/F as well as tons today being out in the yard raking, pruning, bagging etc. Stopped my calorie counter at about 50 minutes to take care of kid stuff and forgot to put it back on. I did get in about 4.5 hours of non stop yard work.
ST done on T/Th. Would like to take some of today's work for ST as well, but not sure how to track it.
We didn't plan meal this week as I haven't been working for Easter break so it wasn't as important to have things planned the morning before.
Have been getting more freggies in durning the day as well since being home all day.
