This is a list that I plan to add to as the days and weeks go on as to why I want to lose weight. This is going to be one of my motivating tools as well as a reminder. Before I eat, I must read these reasons so that I can stick with the healthy eating!
1. I want to look in the mirror and have the person on the inside shine through on the outside.
2. I want to be healthy.
3. I want more energy.
4. I want to run a marathon.
5. I want to travel.
6. I want to look good for my husband.
7. I want to have children.
8. I want to honor God with my health.
9. I want my thighs to stop rubbing against each other.
10. I want to look good in a bikini.
11. I want to be able to fit into a roller coaster seat.
12. Climb stairs without getting wore out.
13. Lower my blood pressure.
14. I want to be able to close my legs all of the way.
15. I want to be able to bend my legs at the knees.
16. To be able to sleep on my side comfortably.
17. To lose the stretch marks.
18. So that I can see my cheekbones.
19. To get off of my meds.
20. To overcome my fear of heights.
21. To see my eyelids.
22. To have easier monthly cycles.
