-80 and BLC Goals

Yup - it's official: -80 lbs... so far!

Also, I've signed up to participate in the next round of The Spark Biggest Loser Challenge - it looks a little time intensive, but I'm gonna give it a shot! Here are my realistic, attainable goals for the 12 week program:

- Lose at least 20 lbs (since I average 10 a month, that should be attainable even if weigt loss slows.) This will have me within One-derland and officially out of the "obesity" category and into "overweight"...

- Re-engage in recording all food intake at least 6 days a week

- Maintain at least 8 glasses of water / day and fitness goal of 10,000 steps / day

- Fully participate in weekend challenges (and as many daily challenges as possible).

- Weight in weekly on assigned day.
