I'm Closing in On my Goal

So i am almost at my goal. If some of you saw my status a few days ago i have moved it up because i am satisfied with the way my body looks and feels. From now on if i do lose weight its because im doing it on accident. I will still keep my dieting going to slowly transition to a more permanent food choice. Im trying to learn how to cook for myself so that i can being independently healthy. 155 may seem like a big number but it is not on me i am slim and my stomach is very flat and i still have some of my back side i wear a size 9 and no muffin top front or sides can be seen. I look amazing in almost anything i put on. Even my work clothes but i will still continue to exercise and eat healthy just now i wont be trying to set a weight goal at a certain time or date. I will still run because ive done it to many times to not want to. I am actually really tired of looking at the scale all the time and just want to be healthy and keep the jiggling to a minimum. So maybe i will set a challenge to see how long i can go with out looking at the scale. I will update with pics soon so that you all can see the end results. Im DONE !!!

    OH my gosh i should fix that lol but it involved a lot sticky tape and foot work. But thank you people always comment on my smile its awesome i had to teach myself how to smile believe it or not.

    What I want to know is: How did you manage to stand sideways for that one picture on your Spark page?!?! THAT is a good trick! LOL

    Great feeling, isn't it! Very important ... continue to track daily, and only increase your calories VERY gradually. Now is an even more important time than ever to get some exercise in if you do that.

    You go girl. Just wish that I was closer to my goal weight. I have another 82 pounds until my goal weight but I'm going to take my tme in getting there.
