Just Did It!

I have decided to join a local cheap gym with everything you need there. There is no judging, no criticizing and has a very comfortable, at your own pace atmosphere. I have also found that since joining the gym, I have been sleeping a whole lot better. I know I should start off slow, but it's all or nothing as I see it. I have managed to stay motivated due to the fact I am spending money for this and I don't like to waste money so I am getting my moneys worth. I have gotten the sleep thing mainly under control so I think if I stick to it, and I will/am, then sleep won't be a problem anymore, at all. Period!

    My sleep pattern has also improved since I started working out. It used to take me an hour in a completely dark room to get to sleep. Now, lights or no lights, I'm out. emoticon

    An added note: The pains have also subsided. Just had to get my body moving and get my mind right and the pains, have magically just about disappeared. Thanks for all that have been motivating me!
