Bootcamp DVD

Well I sure got a good sweat up this morning during my workout! I am really enjoying coach Nicole's bootcamp DVD. I started last Monday, so am up to day 12. I do find some of the moves a bit complicated, or maybe I'm just a bit uncoordinated! But I muddle through well enough. This morning it was 2 routines back to back, which was good.

I also then did my FFFU workout afterwards - this morning it was abs - they are only 10mins, but I find them very worthwhile for strengthening.

Strength exercises are something I haven't done a lot of before, and I think I would be ill disciplined to do them without having someone barking at me from the tv, so I enjoy both this DVD as well as the videos on the SP website.
