I have been doing my walking on a regular basis, but had let my weight training slip, but I have started training again and it feels good to be back on schedule. Will aim for 3 times a week and see how that goes. Sometimes it is hard to find the time.......

    I know how hard it can be. I use this video three times a week, and I'm feeling like it helps. It's the 20-minute Dumbbell workout with Coach Nicole.
