Four words ouch, ouch, ouch, and nausea. What does this tell me.... well for one I have put off having my massage for much too long and secondly, I absolutely have to have my 8+ glasses of water today. Why you ask? Well when you massage knots out or have someone else massage them out you release toxins into your body and you need to make sure you flush them out with lots of water. Even though it really hurt when I used it, the foam roller is one of the best things I have gotten for myself in a really long time. I am so glad I did it. I was about to do my cardio for the day but my youngest has decided that she must take her afternoon nap on my exercise mat. So, I am gonna relax and hydrate and hopefully do my cardio this evening.
