I'm still here

Today I jumped on the scale and it read 168 pounds, well I was fully clothed with a sweater and heavy knit pants, but it depressed me for a minute...
Then I come into work and walk by a co-worker who says "hey you're looking tiny, are you still losing weight? (we were in w.w. together) I said "no, still maintaining."
At that point I realized the change in the scale has to be muscle. I fit my clothes the same, actually bought a smaller size( six ) last month.
So, all is good, I am not gaining fat, but muscle. My hard work in the gym is making a difference.
