Not much to say. Been eating right 95% of the time. Workouts are going well even though my feet still get sore after long workouts or on days that I go to the gym twice.
Just got a new pair of running sneakers for the gym. I am hoping it will help my feet to not be as sore as they have been.
I did my first strength training last week, all the upper body machines at the gym. Very, very sore arms for the next 5 days after that. I didn't do big weights but my body wasn't used to that and it let me know. I am going for my 2nd round tomorrow. It's been a week and my arms feel normal again so I guess it's time for another round of pain. lol
