I added curves circuit training and zumba to my fitness routine today. I enjoyed the circuit weight machines and stretching routine as well. The group of ladies I met today were very friendly and welcomed the newcomers to the class.
We also had 45 minutes of Zumba and the instructor was fantastic and oh so lively! She just made you want to keep going and going, but being my first class, I had to take it easy, the old knees had to take a rest. The shoulders and hips could keep up with the routine though. I feel great and know that I will sleep just fine tonight.
