Fast turn

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

So yesterdays paperwork left me with anxiety and I could not sleep until four. Got up at seven and did not feel much like working. Decides that the best way to turn this around was to try to achieve some stuff during the day.

Called my OA-friend and told her that I was going to writ at least ten short note for the next paper, I would also write a column and eat healthy.

Then I hooped and Wohooo! managed to keep the hoop up for eleven minutes... ad the day turned. Since then it has been sort of nice.

Came to work and learned that one of the ad sellers had won at least 1,2 million sw cr on the lottery - he will be on teve and do the final draw tha might give him up to 15 millions sw cr... that gave a lot of interesting conversations all through the day.

Now I am really really tired and long for bed. It was a good day, I did what I had set out to do and I had a hoopnotic hooperience!

I'm glad to read this day was better. I'm going to ask at my gym about the heavier hoops you use. I joined a gym one month ago and hired a trainer and it is helping. The gym is really close to my work and they let me leave in the middle of the day for an hour or so.

Sounds like you managed to turn the day around. I am proud that you could keep the hoop going for 11 minutes (I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it for more than 30 seconds).

    Wonderful!

I had a better day too; slept late. The down day yesterday was a recoil of pushing through the weekend on caffiene to get everything done. Have to pay the piper sometime. My eating was over the top but how much damage can you do with fresh pineapple, strawberries, green beans with almonds? The only left overs I kept from Sunday's dinner. Everything else went home with the kids; plus, one plate to go for a neighbor. Soooo good to be feeling good again. We're in sync!

    Rest well tonight! emoticon
