30 Day Shred : Day 17

Day 17 Completed!

Woot Woot. It feels good to push through the double workouts.

My arms burn at the end of the shred on Level 2, but I love it. Its those dang planks during every section. Oy!

I also completed 2 laps during my run / walk for the second day in a row. It feels good to push myself even though the second lap is on the slow side, I still get it done :)

I will be away for 2 days so I wont be getting in day 18 until Thursday or friday :)

Still looking forward to day 18!
