Feeling Upbeat tho a little nervous too...

So today sees rain and wind outside, but it also brings the knowledge that despite my house being a haven to all things chocolate at present, I have not only managed to avoid eating much of the chocolate and cake, but I also upped my exercise regime, to include BIG walks over the weekend, and to include stair climbing as much as possible. I'm almost looking forward to the strength training days prescribed by SparkPeople now, and caught myself checking out other exercises to try.
My attitude is helped by the knowledge that I also don't have lots of evening meetings this week, and the meetings that I do have, I actually want to be at.
The nervousness comes in because I so desperately want to lose weight and keep my energy up, and my confidence is still fragile, and if I haven't dropped the lbs this week, I may have to work really hard to keep this up.
(Sorry about the long sentence - hope it makes sense!).
So, today is great, I'm feeling UP emoticon emoticon emoticon - bring on the rest of the week!
