is how long it took me to finish the Hollywood 5K. That's something like a 12.59 minute mile. I'm a slow runner, but I thought I'd be slower than that (I try to run at a walking pace so I last longer... that's like titillating oneself on low battery (haha I kill me). I wasn't first and I wasn't last. I was # 664 out of 1137 participants, or #431 out of 805 ladies. Not horrible for my first race I think.

Eating over the weekend was so-so. My last night we had pizza and milkshakes, but I tried to make good decisions otherwise.

I didn't record it, but my weight this morning was closer to 160 than 158 (who can even tell on these old school scales?! not the point, I know). I'll give myself a few days of forgiveness so I can get back on track with h2o and eating properly.

I'd like to start working on my legs, mine have always been embarrassing to me, but I'd sure like to have them be one of my better assets! I am lucky in that I have always been able to whittle my waist, but my lower body has always carried most of my weight. I have been getting Oxygen and Shape magazine, so I am going to pick out some good leg exercises and give em a go for a few weeks and see what happens.

    Congrats!!! That is awesome!! We all get off track sometimes, I didn't even bother tracking my food yesterday. And I'm the same way with my body --- I always loose from the top half first, no matter how hard I work on my legs!!
