Easter recovery.

I had two birthday/Easter dinners to go to this last weekend. Both days I skipped desert. On Saturday I accidentally took to much salad and a few people almost had to go without lol. They where all like we are out of salad already? and here is my plate almost covered in it, I tried hiding some of it with my slice of pizza LOL! I gave some to my mom then I didn't feel so bad. I didn't skip the ranch but i did just dip the tips of my fork into it so i can get the flavor minus the fat and calories.

Sunday I didn't do as well as Saturday but I watched my portions as best as I could. After I got home I did a three mile walk. Today my feet are sore I think I need some new insoles for my shoes. The soft parts are tender and my ankle is sore also. :(

I worked out without shoes today because I wanted to give my feet a break. I did 45 minutes of Leslie Sansone walk at home dvd and a 12 minute fat burning workout for a Robert Forguson dvd. Now once again I am blogging trying to get the energy up to shower lol.
